All Channel Partners will be given for a period of 1-year validity. There after
renewal is must on both side mutual interest basis. Renewal is depends on the performance
basis.

The commission of the services will be paid in terms of the PINs only, not by any
other mode of payment. This rule is applicable to all old and new Franchises / channel
partners all over India. |

A minimum balance amount of 7500 is necessary in Franchise account as security money.
If a Franchise avoid rules & conditions of company in that condition security
money not be given back. |
|
In a particular period if a franchise not fulfill target in that position company
have a right to suspend or terminate that franchise. |
|
For a particular region company will appointed only 1 franchise. The company management
will decide jurisdiction. |
|
Franchise is not allowed to sale a pin under rate (price of 300/-) . if any franchise
found guilty, will be terminated without any prior notice. |
|
Franchises are not transferable or sharable. |
|
EFM reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. Franchise will
be informed by email, however it is also your responsibility to check this document
periodically for any changes. |
EFM reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice
to Franchise. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise
our right to modify or discontinue the Service.

All notices given by us to Franchise will be given by email, postal mail or by general
posting on the Web site. |

TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the relationship between Franchise and EFM shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Rajasthan without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Franchises and EFM agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located with in Jaipur - Rajasthan. |

This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive understanding between Franchise
and EFM relating to the subject matter. |
|
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall
not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed
to by us in writing. |
Any franchise found working against interest of the company OR found damaging the
business of the company, will be terminated with out prior notice. In this case
the company decision is full & final.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision by which efm
excludes its liability to the Franchise), the enforceability of any other part of
these Terms will not be affected. |
