How will you know that the members are coming from my reference or my down line? This is a chain system. When you sponsor any one that time you provide us your id as sponsor id this mean that new member is your don line. You can check this in your tree view. If your down line sponsor any one in that condition you can see that person in your tree till your 5th level after that till 25th level you can view your down line in your level report.
